Made all in 2m maiden at Uttoxeter in October and novice at Hereford following month. Arrives on back of good second at Chepstow (16f, heavy) last month and must enter calculations on switch to handicapping.

Fairly useful handicapper on Flat who made a winning start over hurdles at Newcastle in December and improved on that when easily taking novice at this course (19.3f, good to soft) last month. Remains open to improvement now sent handicapping.

Took very well to hurdling in the first half of last season, winning 4 times, and back to that sort of form when second at Fakenham (16f) in summer. Not in same form on Flat or in this sphere since, though.

Comfortable winner over hurdles at Southwell in early part of last year and backed it up with solid performances next 2 starts. Rather gone backwards from encouraging chase debut the last twice, though, and remains to be seen if switch back to hurdling bears fruit. Hood reapplied.

Found improvement when resuming winning ways in 12-runner handicap hurdle (11/2) over C&D (good) 19 days ago. 8 lb higher now but must enter calculations.

Dual winner last summer but form rather tailed off thereafter and hasn't been seen since a disappointing third in claiming hurdle at Huntingdon (15.8f) 99 days ago. Something to prove now. Hood back on/had wind operation.

Ran best race to date over timber when close second of 8 in handicap hurdle at Carlisle (17f, soft) 7 days ago. Looks nicely in off same mark and is one for shortlist.
