£60,000 after winning an Irish point. Made a promising start to his hurdle career for top new stable when second of 11 over 21f at Warwick (soft) last month. Leading claims with improvement likely.

Bollin Eric gelding. Half-brother to fair chaser Kayf Thou. Dam (c131/h142) 2¼m-3m hurdle/chase winner. Big price but displayed some ability when mid-field in a Chepstow bumper in January 2024 but never really involved on last month's hurdles bow.

Kayf Tara gelding. Brother to useful hurdler The Friday Man. Dam 2m-2½m hurdle winner (stayed 3m). Muinor impact in a Newbury bumper a year ago and since left Alan King.

Blue Bresil gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler/chaser Go Steady. Dam fairly useful 19f/21f hurdle winner (stayed 3m). Successful sole outing in point bumpers in February but proved too free to show a great deal in a course bumper during the spring. Moved yards.

Fetched £58,000 after landing a maiden point in November 2023 and it will be very interesting to see how he shapes up in the betting ahead of this Rules debut having undergone a wind op.

Successful on sole outing in point bumpers and has displayed ability under Rules, albeit he didn't look straighforward at Uttoxeter last month, carrying his head awkwardly.

Placed in Irish points but pulled up on Newton Abbot hurdle debut in July 2023 and beaten a long way on recent comeback run at Uttoxeter where he sported a first-time hood/tongue strap (both retained).

Winning pointer but showed nothing on hurdles debut at Uttoxeter.

Fair form when placed twice in bumpers (for Sam Curling in Ireland first occasion) but didn't get near that level switched to hurdling over C&D a month ago.

Hooded (left off here) and encouraging Rules debut when third of 7 in novice hurdle at Wincanton.. Also runner-up on sole start in Irish points so can take a step forward.

Kessaar gelding. Closely related to 7f/1m winner Naifah and half-brother to 2 winners. Dam unraced half-sister to fairly useful 2m hurdle winner Duty. Too green to show much in a course bumper.

Point-winner AS THE FELLA SAYS made a promising start to his Rules career when runner-up at Warwick a month ago and with this drop in trip not expected to be a problem, he can go one place better. With Saint Anapolino looking far from straightforward last time, Roe And Co could emerge as the chief threat.
