In The Mix Handicap Chase

Found improvement when getting off the mark in 10-runner handicap chase at Wincanton (26.7f, heavy, 2/1) 25 days ago. 8 lb higher now but another bold bid is anticipated.

Improved on his exploits over hurdles when making a winning handicap chase debut at Huntingdon (23.6f) in October and backed that up with good second at Warwick (25.5f). Not in quite same form at Ludlow since but must enter calculations. Cheekpieces back on.

A fair 2m4f winner over hurdles who made a bright start over fences with placed efforts at Uttoxeter/Wincanton in October. Not so good the last twice, however, well held again at Newcastle on latest.

Gained breakthrough over fences at Hereford (25f, good) in 2022/23 season and was runner-up 3 times last season. However, he ended that campaign out of sorts and posted just respectable fifth on return at Southwell 2 weeks ago.

Fair handicap chaser at best but has yet to really fire this term and makes limited appeal, despite a tumbling mark.

Still a maiden under Rules but placed on 4 of his 5 completed starts over fences, albeit he was below par when third at Exeter latest. Can't be discounted.

Doing all his best work at finish when third of 18 in handicap hurdle at Exeter (21.6f, soft) 11 days ago. Fairly treated back chasing and can make his presence felt.

Below par in heavy ground at Wincanton latest but had won back-to-back handicaps (including at this course) previously and remains on a workable mark.

Remains a maiden after 11 attempts and was flattered when well-beaten second of 7 in handicap chase at Ludlow (23.8f, soft) 35 days ago.

Still looking for first success and not seen since disappointing effort over hurdles at Newton Abbot in summer.
