Aready a dual 17f chase winner at Kelso this season, latest success coming in 6-runner handicap 21 days ago. This course scorer must enter calculations despite taking a 7 lb weights rise.
Took his form up a notch over fences with cheekpieces enlisted last term, bringing up the hat-trick at Kelso (17f) in March. Disputing the lead when unseating rider 3 out on his return here (2m) last month so a player with the headgear back on now.
Fairly useful winner at 17f over hurdles. 7/1, below-par fifth of 7 in handicap chase at Aintree (15.8f, good to soft) on his debut over fences 20 days ago. Needs to build on it.
Landed a pair of small-field handicaps last winter for Nicky Richards. Got back on track for his current yard when second of 6 in handicap chase at Hexham (15.6f) 146 days ago. Considered.
Improved for current yard last season and also scored on the Flat at Pontefract in October. Shaped like a non-stayer when pulled up over 29f at Sedgefield latest run over fences so can't be ruled out back in trip.

Forecasts
Densworth (2/1), Pay The Piper (11/4), Findthetime (4/1), Glory And Honour (9/2), Escapeandevade (6/1)
None of these can be ruled out but the vote goes to ESCAPEANDEVADE who looked as good as ever when unseating his rider late on here last time and can bounce back to winning ways with the cheekpieces refitted. Course-scorer Pay The Piper could emerge as the main danger ahead of Glory And Honour and Findthetime.
