Hit the target twice between the flags in the early part of last year and showed more than previously under Rules despite a few mistakes when fourth in a hunter at Kelso (26.2f) in May. Down in trip returned to timber.
Looked rusty after 11 months off on his first run since leaving Sophie Leech when fifth of 8 in handicap at Carlisle in March. Off further 7 months and never really looked like justifying market support back at that venue a fortnight ago. Tongue tie on and not without hope.
Confirmed positive start for new yard when landing 10-runner handicap at Perth (16.2f) in June. 6 lb rise fair and isn't yet exposed so major player of seeing this new trip out on the back of a breathing operation.
Encouraging second in a bumper at Ayr on debut and showed more than previously over hurdles when third in a C&D maiden, finishing with running left. Failed to repeat that on handicap debut a month later and could do with brushing up his jumping. Has had a breathing operation.
Little in the way of solid form so far, brushed aside on handicap debut over C&D a month ago.
Made second start for this yard a winning one at Perth in June 2022. Third at that venue a month later but off the track since so well-being taken on trust, for all he's in very capable hands.
Pulled up 3 times in a row but stopped the slide when finding only one too good over C&D last month, running on. Same mark so a repeat of that will see her bang there.
Made a winning start for Dan Skelton at Worcester in September. Up in the weights and left that yard after 2 more runs but made a reasonable fist of things for new connections when fifth at Ayr.
Little in the way of worthwhile form.
Poor maiden hurdler who continues to make limited appeal.
Little impact in various events over hurdles, though last month's stable debut over C&D wasn't totally devoid of promise. Tongue strap on.

Forecasts
Marty Mcfly (5/2), Maillot Blanc (3/1), Starlyte (7/2), Lucky Soldier (8/1), Gonfalonier (9/1), Santa Clarita (14/1), Looking Splendid (14/1), Luminaries (28/1), Le Fou's Keep (50/1), Watch Law (50/1), The Roc Hopper (80/1)
MARTY MCLFY has to prove his stamina for this far but made a sound start for his new yard during the middle of 2024 and is taken to pick up where he left off. Starlyte must enter the reckoning on her runner-up effort over C&D recently with her mark unchanged, while the market will help assess Gonfalonier on his return from a long time off the track.
