Sky Sports Racing Virgin 535 Mares' Novices' Hurdle (GBB Race)

Minor promise only in bumpers but well prepared to make a winning hurdles debut at Worcester in July. Bare form isn't anything special and she made mistakes when third at Exeter a fortnight ago.

Scored at Stratford in August and backed it up with a good second in 2m1f Downpatrick handicap last month. Would have gone one place better on chase debut but for a fall at the last at Worcester and he's a major player back in a novice.

Shaped well when fifth in a big-field Cheltenham bumper on Rules debut in April. Failed to deliver when odds-on at Southwell the following month but that effort now looks a lot better than it did at the time and she's sure to step up on her opening third in a slowly-run race on hurdles debut.

Successful on sole outing in Irish points and built on her encouraging Rules debut when landing a 9-runner event at Ludlow in January. Sound fifth in listed company 2 months later and she's a hurdles debutante of serious interest. Tongue tie on.

Sir Percy filly who offered little in a brace of bumpers but fitted with a hood, she showed more when third of 9 at Warwick in May. Likely to need further than this.

Stoutly bred and shaped in kind in a trio of bumpers. Opposable kept to 2m for hurdles bow.

Left previous bumper form well behind when landing 6-runner contest at Warwick last month. Was soon to very good effect on that occasion and more needed to follow up switched to obstacles.

Made the frame in a couple of bumpers towards the end of last year but was in process of running below that form when unseating rider after last on hurdles debut at Wetherby in February. Strong in the betting and finished second at Hereford despite failing to settle in April.

Reached the frame 3 times in bumpers but the form is only modest and she made little impact on switch to hurdling last term.
