C&D winner. 33/1, last of 7 in handicap at Newbury (7f, soft) 14 days ago. This is not as strong as the races he usually contests and the fact that he's 2-2 over this C&D is another feather in his cap. One to consider.
C&D winner. 13/8 and blinkered for 1st time, career best when winning 10-runner handicap at Redcar (6f, good to firm) 18 days ago, driven out. 3 lb rise fair enough but this is more demanding.
Three wins from 8 runs this year, the latest at Thirsk in August. 17/2, last of 7 in handicap at Ascot (7f, good to soft) 29 days ago, ridden too aggressively. Hood on 1st time.
Lightly-raced winner. 14/1, first run since leaving Simon & Ed Crisford when creditable third of 9 in handicap at Chester (7.6f, soft) 21 days ago. Needs to raise his game.
Fifth of 6 in handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f, 7/2). Off 7 months ahead of this debut for new yard and he's opposable.
C&D winner in July. 7/2, creditable third of 14 in handicap back here 37 days ago. Lightly-raced and in good hands, this 3-y-o is high on the shortlist.
First run since leaving Charles Hills when last of 11 in handicap (100/1) at Newcastle (8f) on latest start in March 2023. Subsequent absence ahead of this debut for new yard is an obvious concern. Has undergone a wind op and first-time visor applied.
Sixteen runs since last win in 2023. Tenth of 14 in handicap (20/1) at this C&D 37 days ago. Good second to Grand Karat on penultimate start and each-way claims judged on that evidence.
Promising individual. Second of 16 in handicap at Newbury (7f, good to firm, 3/1) 37 days ago. That form looks decent and this Night of Thunder colt should have more to offer.
Latest win at Windsor in June. 7/1 and tongue strap on for 1st time, creditable third of 11 in handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to firm) 49 days ago. Still, others make more appeal on this occasion.
Unreliable individual. Latest win at Wolverhampton in July. Ninth of 10 in handicap at the same course (8.6f, 15/2) 26 days ago. Looks risky.

Murashah (6/4), Grand Karat (2/1), Gressington (13/2), Mustajaab (13/2), Another Investment (11/1), Rizg (14/1), Smart Vision (25/1), Serenity Dream (33/1), Siam Fox (66/1), Giorgio M (66/1), Dream Show (150/1), Neapolitan (150/1)
There should be better to come from MURASHAH, who found just one too good in a big field on his handicap debut at Newbury where he encountered traffic problems at a crucial stage. Though Mustajaab recent form figures don't look particularly pretty, he has been contesting higher-grade handicaps than this and the 4-y-o is of strong interest back on this surface where he has a 100% record. Grand Karat is third choice.
