C&D winner on reappearance in April. Just as good when second at Goodwood next time but his efforts since have been no more than respectable.
Thirteen runs since last win in 2022. Only seventh of 8 over C&D last time but the booking of Oisin Murphy takes the eye with first-time blinkers replacing cheekpieces.
33/1, ninth of 12 in Class 2 handicap at Goodwood (5f, good to firm) 20 days ago. This is more his level and he's on a career-low mark.
Looked potentially useful when making a successful handicap debut at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) in June. Hasn't built on that in 2 outings since but it is still early days.
Dual 6f winner at Yarmouth this year but needs to shrug off a lesser run there last time.
Latest win at York (5f) in July. Creditable length third of 4 in handicap at this course (5f, firm, 11/2) 16 days ago. Thereabouts back at 6f.
AW novice win in December. Good in-frame efforts in handicaps at Newmarket (7f) and Doncaster (6f) on first 2 outings this year but only a respectable fourth of 5 at Lingfield since.
Eleven runs since last win in 2023. Respectable fifth of 15 in C&D handicap (good to firm, 12/1) 28 days ago, not ideally placed. Has to be taken seriously with Marquand doing the steering again.
Last of 8 in handicap (9/1) at Chelmsford (7f) when last seen in February (final start for Barry Brennan). A watching brief is the percentage call for new trainer after 6 months off.
C&D winner. Creditable third of 7 in C&D handicap (good to firm) 21 days ago. Cheekpieces back on.
Winner at Wolverhampton in April. Showed he's effective on turf when fifth at Ascot in May but well below par twice since.
28/1, good close third of 11 in handicap at Leicester (6f, good to firm) 8 days ago, finishing with running left after meeting trouble. Merits consideration.

Forecasts
Miss Bodacious (3/1), Bishop's Crown (9/2), Lucky Man (5/1), Kodiac Thriller (15/2), The Coffee Pod (15/2), Tremblant (10/1), Hover On The Wind (12/1), Ultramarine (14/1), Danger Alert (20/1), As If By Chance (28/1), Letmelivemylife (33/1), Angel's Call (50/1)
Things didn't go ideally for TREMBLANT here last time so he's given another chance as he should be good enough to exploit a mark in the low 70s. Ultramarine caught the eye a bit at Leicester last time and is second choice ahead of Miss Bodacious, who has been a touch underwhelming the last twice but still has time to resume her progression.
- Tremblant10/1
- Ultramarine14/1
