Miss Attitude¹³

Age: 4| Weight: 9-11| J: Charles Bishop| T: J Channon| OR: 82| D

2/1

Dual winner in 2022 who returned to top form following her belated reappearance effort when winning 9-runner handicap at Haydock (5f, firm) 13 days ago, all out. Nudged up 4 lb on the back of that but respected again.

Form: 1459/51

Harvanna⁴⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-10| J: S H James| T: K R Burke| OR: 86| D

9/4

Progressive last summer, landing pair of top-of-the-ground novice events at 5f. Good efforts on 3 of her 4 starts since New Year's Day, unlucky not to finish closer when fifth of 17 in handicap at York (5f, good) 49 days ago. One to consider.

Form: 11-4295

Angel Shared³⁵

Age: 3| Weight: 9-9| J: D C Costello| T: Steph Hollinshead| OR: 85| D

4/1

Signed off 2-y-o campaign with victory in 4-runner Haydock nursery (5f) in September and most progressive this spring, winning handicaps at Bath/Carlisle (both at 5f). Handicapper applies further pressure but she could yet have more to offer.

Form: 2431-11

Princess Karine³⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 9-9| J: Andrew Breslin⁽³⁾| T: B Smart| OR: 80| D

13/2

Ran out a wide-margin winner from the front at Pontefract in May. Not in quite the same form in trio of starts since but possibly not so well served by a more restrained ride when ninth of 12 in a C&D handicap 5 weeks ago. Mark is steadily easing.

Form: 0-41439

Bella Kopella^t³⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 9-3| J: Rowan Scott| T: N Tinkler| OR: 74| D

17/2

2 wins from 5 runs this year. Latest win at Beverley in May. 9/1, respectable 3¼ lengths fourth of 9 to Angel Shared in handicap at Carlisle (5f, good to soft) 35 days ago, no extra final 1f. Gets a handy pull at the weights with that rival here.

Forecasts

Miss Attitude (2/1), Harvanna (9/4), Angel Shared (4/1), Angle Land (5/1), Princess Karine (13/2), Conservationist (8/1), Bella Kopella (17/2), Game Breaker (16/1)

This looks likely to be run at a brisk pace and that should play firmly to the strengths of HARVANNA. She looked unlucky not to finish closer having met some trouble when fifth in a big-field York handicap 7 weeks ago and she can prove her revised mark an exploitable one. Angel Shared and Miss Attitude both arrive on the back of career-best displays and can provide the lead threats.
