Very good second of 8 in handicap at Wetherby (10f, good to firm, 11/1) 24 days ago. DIdn't look totally straightforward in the process but this looks to be his trip.

9/1

Improved again when second of 7 in handicap at Bath (10.2f, good) 12 days ago, going well when short of room, too. May have a bigger performance in her.

9/4

11/2, very good third of 7 in handicap at Salisbury (9.9f, good) 33 days ago, never nearer having been forced to switch. Has to be of interest.

13/8

Two wins from 5 runs this year. 17/2, career best when winning 13-runner handicap at this C&D (good) 23 days ago, comfortably. Expected to be bang there up 7 lb for that smooth win.

Forecasts

Dibble Dabble (13/8), Ravenswell (9/4), Samoon Star (4/1), Alvesta (9/1), Mariner (10/1), I Dare You (25/1)

A sextet to view positively with DIBBLE DABBLE, who looked transformed by the switch to turf and this trip last time, fancied to defy her new mark. Ravenswell was a bit unlucky at Salisbury so demands respect, while Samoon Star is the unknwon quantity in the race after just 3 starts and she's bred to be a lot better than her mark.
