Belied his position 12 lb out of the weights as he justified support to make a successful debut over fences at Cartmel (21.2f, soft) last month, leading late. Next run at Uttoxeter probably came too soon and he retains potential in this sphere.

Evidently not easy to train but he was a fairly useful hurdler for Nicky Henderson. Showed more aptitude for chasing behind Kilta at Cartmel 4 weeks ago but ended up last when first had looked more likely for most of the way. Up in trip.
