Last of 11 in novice chase at Galway (22.5f, good, 22/1). Off 22 months. Switches from chase to hurdles. First run for yard after leaving Gordon Elliott. Has work to do.
Relatively unexposed over staying trips and returned with good second at Exeter. Out of sorts subsequently, though.
Off the mark for current yard at Fakenham in December and right back on track when runner-up at Huntingdon 16 days ago. Should make his presence felt again.
Finished lame at Doncaster 15 months ago having left Gordon Elliott cheaply. Last of 4 finishers completed start in points, fell last time. Obviously has plenty to prove for new trainer.
Won 5 of his 8 starts during a very good spell with Sandy Thomson. Far more miss than hit for current stable, though. Blinkers go on.
Useful hurdler/chaser for Joseph O'Brien back in 2020/21 and, having dropped in the weights, offered some encouraging signs that he retains ability last season. Interesting if the market speaks in his favour after a break with cheekpieces on.
Untrustworthy individual for Harry Whittington and hasn't made any sort of impact as yet for current yard. Has had a break.
Arrives on the up and travelled like one that's ahead of his mark when runner-up at Warwick a month ago. Looks sure to go well again.

Wavering Down (13/8), Front View (5/2), Edison Kent (10/3), Kintail (5/1), Breaking Waves (15/2), Royal Pretender (10/1), Fair Frontieres (10/1), Storm Nelson (33/1), Column Of Fire (125/1), Calagogo (125/1)
KINTAIL disappointed at Lingfield last time but remains with potential and appeals as the sort to benefit from a break, so he can get back on the up to get the better of the in-form Wavering Down, who travelled with purpose at Warwick. Front View is one to note if strong in the betting.
