100,000 gns yearling, 6,000 gns 3-y-o, Showcasing gelding. Dam, 1½m winner, sister to very smart winner up to 1½m Yucatan out of Prix Jacques le Marois/Breeders' Cup Mile winner Six Perfections. Massive outsider.
Offered little when a well-beaten second in 3-runner newcomers bumper at Fakenham in November but showed ability against a field of 3-y-os when second of 6 in maiden at this C&D (good to soft, 28/1) last month. This significantly tougher.
Blue Point colt who was heavily backed after 8 months and was much improved from debut (had a breathing operation in the interim) when impressively winning 12-runner minor event at Nottingham (6.1f, good to firm) 3 weeks ago. Will go on improving and looks sure to win more races.
Kingman colt who looked potentially useful in making a winning start in a 6f Newmarket novice last August. Improved significantly on that form when 2 lengths third of 10 to Lake Forest in Gimcrack Stakes at York (6f, good to firm) 3 weeks later and not seen since. Leading player on return.
Too Darn Hot colt who was relatively unfancied in the betting given the excellent form of his yard but was able to overcome greenness to make a winning start in 14-runner maiden at Leicester (7f, good) 3 weeks ago. Looks sure to progress.
€2,600,000 yearling, No Nay Never filly who was easy to back despite the stable going very well but knew what was required to make a winning start in 12-runner maiden at Yarmouth (7f, good, 7/1) just under 5 weeks ago, displaying a fine attitude. Sure to improve.
€450,000 New Bay colt who turned in a highly promising first effort when second of 12 in minor event (6/1) at Yarmouth (7f, soft) 7 months ago. One to look out for with a winter on his back.
Went backwards from debut after 9 months off when eleventh of 18 in minor event (33/1) at this course (6f, firm) 2 weeks ago. Needs another run for a mark.
Failed to progress as expected from debut when fifth of 19 in minor event at Newbury (7f, good, 4/1) 15 days ago. Has plenty about him physically, but it could be handicaps where he flourishes.
20/1, produced a promising first effort when second of 11 in minor event at this C&D (soft) just over 5 weeks ago, seeing off the rest though making no impression on winner. Likely to improve.

King's Gamble (5/6), Aramram (5/1), Granger Bay (5/1), Run Away (10/1), Socialite (11/1), Stanage (12/1), Surrey Shadow (18/1), Amsterdam (33/1), Shamardal Star (66/1), Mudhafar (200/1), Robespierre (200/1)
A valuable novice chock-full with potential and it's KING'S GAMBLE who gets the vote to come out on top having produced a couple of highly promising efforts when last seen 9 months ago. Aramram landed a few tidy bets on return at Nottingham 3 weeks ago and he could be the one to give the selection most to do, with Run Away and Socialite both first-time-out winners who are open to improvement, also.
