Useful chaser who lost his way in handicaps prior to completing a relatively simple task in a 7-runner event at Leicester on hunter debut in March. Not disgraced in the Foxhunters' at Aintree next time and definite claims back in calmer waters.
Dual winner in hunters last season but, despite being fit from points, disappointed when only fifth at Kempton on return. Too soon to write off.
Well capable in this sort of company and returned to form when respectable second of 8 in hunter chase (evens) at Cheltenham (16.3f, heavy) 28 days ago. Should go well.
Winning pointer who was third last time but his Rules form doesn't inspire much confidence.
Useful chaser at his best for Paul Nicholls and, while not the force of old, his latest second at Cheltenham was a positive step. Excellent claims if he can build on that.

Has struggled to make an impact in hunters for this yard.
Modest form for Alastair Ralph in 2023 and mixed bag between the flags this year.
Point winner who didn't offer much in a hunter at Cheltenham last time and may struggle once more.
Fair hurdles for Dan Skelton and stepped up on her opening run in hunters when third at Ludlow in March. Not quite in the same form at Cheltenham next time but she's a player if avoiding errors.

Fier Jaguen (15/8), Cap Du Mathan (3/1), Cat Tiger (7/2), Kaproyale (17/2), Missed Tee (17/2), The Golden Rebel (10/1), Mix Of Clover (22/1), Olly Norse (33/1), Calidad (33/1), Rewritetherules (100/1), Cooldine Bog (100/1)
CAP DU MATHAN was an easy winner on hunter debut before seeming stretched by the trip in a much more competitive environment at Aintree last time, so he's worth chance to resume winning ways with a lot more in his favour this time. Cat Tiger and Fier Jaguen look the main dangers.
