C&D winner. 6¾ lengths last of 8 to Madame Ambassador in listed race at Ayr (10f, good to firm, 50/1) 8 days ago. Drops back in class here (successful on latest start in handicap company and also on his sole previous visit here last summer) and dangerous to discount.

Latest win at Newcastle in March. Respectable seventh of 16 in handicap at York (10.2f, good, 6/1) 13 days ago. That was a stronger race than this and he has to enter calculations.

C&D winner. Latest win at Redcar in May. Sixth of 7 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good to firm, 15/2) 11 days ago, slowly away. Looks vulnerable for win purposes.

Course winner. Seventh of 9 in handicap at Doncaster (11.9f, good to soft, 7/1). Off 8 months and gelded ahead of this debut for new yard. Others look stronger.

Three-time C&D winner. Respectable fifth of 12 in handicap (80/1) at Newcastle (12.4f) 18 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Back down in trip and he's not without hope.

Twelve runs since last win in 2022. 10/3, fourth of 7 in handicap at this course (8f, heavy) 33 days ago. This step back up in trip will be no bad thing and should make his presence felt.

Didn't need to improve to win 10-runner handicap (6/1) at this C&D (good to firm) 11 days ago. More needed under a penalty but he's not discounted all the same.
