750,000 gns Dubawi colt who is bred to be good and duly landed short odds on his 8.6f Wolverhampton debut in December. Top yard won this with the really smart Military Order 12 months ago.
Still looked in need of experience but left his debut form well behind when third of 11 in 1m Newmarket maiden in October, keeping on well from too far back.
€35,000 Le Havre colt. Brother to useful 9f/1¼m winner Bebeautiful and half-brother to 3 winners, including winner up to 9f Brisbane and winner up to 1¼m Be Great. Bred to have a future but makes his debut in a warm race.
$575,000 son of Galileo who shaped with plenty of encouragement when second of 7 on 1¼m Newcastle debut in November, pulling well clear of the rest. Sure to improve and win soon.
Saxon Warrior gelding. Half-brother to 7f winner Subtle Beauty. Dam, winner up to 1m (2-y-o 6f winner), half-sister to smart 6f winner Alphabet. Will need to be very useful to make a winning debut here.
9/1, showed plenty when second of 7 in novice at Goodwood (9f, soft) on debut in October. Will improve.
Kingman half-brother to smart pair Outbox and Royal Champion. Shaped well when third of 12 on 1m Newmarket debut last October. Subsequent short-priced reversal at Newcastle (1m again) was a little disappointing but this well-bred sort retains potential now stepping up in trip on return.
200,000 gns Galileo colt. Brother to useful 2-y-o 1m winner Anchorage. Dam unraced half-sister to 1¼m-1½m winner Vadawina and 1¼m/11f winner Vadapolina (both smart). Yard among the winners and it'll be interesting to see what the betting makes of this newcomer.
40,000 gns Golden Horn colt. Half-brother to several winners, including smart 1¼m-1½m winner Plein Air and useful winner up to 11f Close Your Eyes. Best watched on debut unless the betting strongly hints otherwise.
Shaped well when fourth of 14 on 7f Leicester debut in September and confirmed that promise when scoring over 1m there 4 weeks later. This half-sister to the yard's very smart stayer Coltrane appeals as one who will continue improving for a while yet.

A very interesting race. There was a lot to like about MR HAMPSTEAD's debut effort at Newcastle and this Galilleo colt, who holds multiple Group entries in the coming months, is taken to make the most of the weight he receives from Godolphin's Wolverhampton debut scorer Arabian Tribe. Sam Hawkens and Roland Garros are also respected on the back of promising debut runs.
