Unreliable individual who struggled in 3 outings (2 hurdle, 1 Flat) in 2023. Possible he needed the outing after a break at Ascot just before Christmas but he's a hard one to be confident about.
Fair form when third in 2 maiden hurdles in the autumn. Not at the same level when beaten 26 lengths into third on his 20.5f course handicap debut in December but he remains unexposed now stepping up in trip with cheekpieces added.
Big step forward at the second attempt over hurdles when runner-up in Warwick novice (2m, heavy) in November. Not in quite same form at Ludlow since but goes handicapping off a workable mark.
Fairly useful hurdler for Charlie Longsdon earlier in his career but bled on his final start in 2020/21 and comfortably held in 2 outings for new yard since returning from an absence.
Modest maiden hurdler in Ireland who was second in a maiden chase there in October. First outing since leaving Gordon Elliott when well held in Wincanton handicap hurdle 3 weeks ago. Cheekpieces refitted. Needs to have come on a fair bit.
Won 3 times in and handicap company last year and shaped well when third in a big field at Doncaster in November. Not seen to best effect when third in a steadily-run Hexham handicap in December and no surprise were he to resume his progression now stepping up in trip with Harry Cobden up.
Landed a gamble in a Wincanton handicap hurdle in March. There's been little to shout about since but his mark has come back down and he needs keeping a close eye on in the betting in a change of headgear (tongue tie off, first-time hood on).
Hurdles winner in Ireland. Remote second in course handicap chase on his yard debut in September and pulled up both starts since. Tongue strap refitted on this return to hurdling. Lots to prove.
Well-beaten third in 20.5f course handicap chase on his debut for this yard in September but ran poorly at Doncaster (2m) since and likely best watched back hurdling with stamina far from assured.

Forecasts
Zwicky (5/4), Globe Player (10/3), Myfanwy's Magic (9/2), Jaramillo (11/2), Diger Daudaie (16/1), Ithaka (22/1), Fox's Socks (28/1), Zettabyte (28/1), Massons Castle (66/1)
ZWICKY's latest third in a muddling race at Hexham probably shouldn't be taken to suggest his progress has levelled off and he gets the nod now stepping up to 3m under Harry Cobden. Although Globe Player was a well-held third on his course handicap debut last month he retains potential as a lightly-raced type and is feared most unless the betting speaks for Ithaka.
