Not quite as good as a 2½m Grade 2 novice hurdle win at Cheltenham last January might suggest but he is pretty useful and a point win at the start of his career suggests he should take to chasing. Sports a first-time tongue tie (has had wind surgery).

Recorded a brace of small-field novice hurdle victories last season. Best effort over fences this term when 7¾ lengths third of 7 to Oxygen over C&D 3 weeks ago but an 8 lb swing in the weights doesn't look enough for him to turn the tables. Cheekpieces added.

Fairly useful winner over hurdles. Distant last of 4 on his chase debut/reappearance but more like it at second time of asking over fences when 9 lengths second of 5 over 2m here 48 days ago. Return to this longer trip should suit him,

Hurdle winner in France in 2021. Made a low-key start for this yard over hurdles last winter but different proposition over fences this time round, winning handicaps at Lingfield and over C&D. A 6 lb rise is unlikely to prevent him making a bold bid for the hat-trick.
