Successful at Worcester (23f) in June but has been rather in-and-out since, beaten only by a thriving sort who had the race run to suit at this course (23f, good to soft) just over 6 weeks ago. Consistency not his strong suit, but certainly capable on a going day.

Modest form at best in 5 hurdles starts in the summer and ran poorly sent chasing after 3 months off at Lingfield (23.5f, good to soft) earlier this month. Bred to stay well, so this longer trip could unlock some much-needed improvement.

Successful on his sole outing in points and having had a breathing operation, made a winning start over fences (fitted with a tongue strap) after 7 months off at Hereford (25.2f, good to soft) last month. Up 4 lb and every chance he will be bang there again.

Signed off 2021/22 on a winning note at Plumpton but he rarely stands much racing and has shown next to nothing in 3 starts this season. Mark continues to tumble.

Opened chase account at the fourth attempt in a weak race at Hereford (25f, good) back in February. Posted pair of solid runner-up efforts both starts in May and presumably was having a pipe-opener when tailed off over hurdles at Exeter (21.6f, heavy) 9 days ago. Back over fences now.

Four-time winner between the flags but he's 0-15 under Rules. However, he's fallen to a very attractive mark and having been well backed, wasn't seen to best effect under an excessively patient ride when finishing a close third at Southwell (25.8f, soft) just under 2 weeks ago. Lots to like.

Unreliable sort though did win at Ludlow off this mark on return last November. Lacklustre efforts on last 2 starts (latest after 6 months off) but yard struggling to put a foot wrong this winter.

Yet to win a race of any description but went very close at Lingfield on return last month. Failed by a long chalk to repeat that when finishing a well-beaten third at Exeter (24.2f, heavy) earlier this month so tough to enthuse over.

Got off the mark over fences at Uttoxeter (24f) in summer of 2021 but has clearly had his problems since, restricted to just 4 runs and making little impact. Significantly back up in trip.

This can go to CONCRETE KING, who wasn't seen to best effect under an excessively patient ride when finishing a close third at Southwell just under a fortnight ago and Neil Mulholland's 9-y-o can belatedly open his account under Rules. Consistency is by no means Dindin's strong suit but he can give the selection most to do, with last-time-out winner Pedley Wood and Paseo rounding off the shortlist.
