Fair hurdler/chaser in France who struck at the third time of asking for current yard in 2m Fakenham handicap last month. Put in another good shift when a close third at Musselburgh (15.6f, soft) 9 days later (the runner-up has won since) and she's high on the shortlist.
Fair hurdler in Ireland, placed 3 times in maiden/handicap company earlier this year. Inauspicious start for this yard here in October (reportedly had a breathing problem) and she looks risky on the back of that.
Bumper winner who scored twice from 4 starts over hurdles last season, including a 6-runner mares' handicap at Newcastle (23.7f, good to soft) when last seen in April. Lack of a recent run no real concern (won on her reappearance last term) but this is tougher up 4 lb.
In good form during the spring, bagging handicaps at Uttoxeter and Kelso. Reappearance spin at Newcastle was probably needed and can be expected to step up on that here but this 10-y-o looks vulnerable all the same.
Easy winner of a point in May and has shown a fair level of ability in mares' novice events, most recently chasing home a potentially useful type here (16.2f, heavy). Improvement on the cards now moving up in trip for this handicap debut and she's one to consider.
Left previous Rules form well behind when hitting the crossbar on handicap debut at Sedgefield (21.2f, soft). Lightly-raced and she has to enter calculations off the same mark with this drop back in trip likely to help.
Shaped with some encouragement in a brace of bumpers and hasn't been overly knocked about in 3 starts over hurdles so far. Type to do better now handicapping but others have more pressing claims.

Forecasts
Ip Up (11/4), Similar Story (10/3), Parvos (7/2), Line In The Sand (13/2), Nell's Bells (8/1), Atlantic Dancer (9/1), Prontoanita (12/1)
Given the promise she has shown in three qualifying runs, SIMILAR STORY is of strong interest now switched to handicap company off a realistic opening mark. The former point winner will also be aided by moving back up in trip (likely to stay further than this in due course). The form of Ip Up's solid effort in defeat last time has been boosted and she is feared most ahead of Line In The Sand.
