Looked potentially useful when winning bumper on debut and recorded back-to-back wins over hurdles in the spring, scoring easily in a Ffos Las novice (20f) in May. Running creditably when falling at Market Rasen the following month, so he's not one to take lightly.
After 6 months off, made it 3 wins from 4 starts over hurdles when landing 17-runner handicap at Warwick (2m) 19 days ago, kept up to work having idled approaching the last. Still unexposed and he looks to hold leading claims.
Made a winning hurdles debut at Worcester in 2021/22 and, having left Nicky Henderson, ended the season with success in a Newbury handicap (18.8f). Pulled up over fences on his only outing since, but he's interesting back over hurdles despite his lengthy absence.
Form went the wrong way on the Flat in 2022 and well held back over hurdles last December. However, from a sliding mark he got back on track when making the frame in handicap at Haydock (18.8f) in March. Task is now to pick up where he left off on his return.
Three-time winner on the Flat but ran poorly at Goodwood in August, before disappointing back over hurdles in a Worcester novice (2m) later the same month. However, runner-up in his only previous handicap hurdle, so he could still have more to offer in this sphere.
Successful in bumper at this course and showed plenty to work on making his hurdles debut at Ffos Las a year ago. Failed to progress from that effort next time, but after a further 6 months off he ran well when third in novice here (21.6f) 16 days ago. More needed now handicapping.
Promising start to his career when runner-up in a Wincanton maiden hurdle in March. Below expectations when filling the same position at Newton Abbot next time, but back to more like his debut form when second again at this C&D last month. Remains with potential on his handicap bow.

Forecasts
Tarahumara (5/2), King Alexander (7/2), King Of The Lake (7/2), Astronomic View (5/1), Mot A Mot (11/2), Winterwatch (16/1), On To Victory (25/1)
TARAHUMARA has made a bright start to his hurdling career, showing much improved form when making all in a big-field Warwick handicap last time, so he is taken to add to his tally with further progress to come. King Alexander could also still have more to offer for his leading yard and is respected, with Mot A Mot the pick of the remainder.
