Lowry's Bar²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: Ben Jones| T: P Hobbs & J White

2/9

Second sole start in Irish points and made a successful start to his hurdle career in Wincanton maiden last month, showing a good attitude to land a gamble. Should be more to come.

Fetched £40,000 after winning his sole start in Irish points but no short-term promise on his Ludlow hurdle debut 15 days ago.

Form: 1-5

Guivinec²⁰

Age: 4| Weight: 11-0| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: A J Honeyball

7/1

£55,000 buy after landing the second of his 2 starts in Irish points but he was down the field in an Ascot bumper on his Rules debut 3 weeks ago. Wastes no time switching to hurdles.

Nedzor²⁵⁷

Cost £40,000 after finishing runner-up in a point in March. Has had wind surgery ahead of this hurdle debut. The betting should help guide to expectations.

Perth bumper winner in September 2021 but not seen again until well held in a C&D maiden hurdle 16 days ago. Can only watch after that.

Forecasts

Lowry's Bar (2/9), Inion Tiogair (2/1), Guivinec (7/1), Nedzor (9/1), My Lady Phoenix (18/1), Everyonesacritic (33/1), Renegade Arrow (50/1), Sky Power (150/1)

LOWRY'S BAR appeals as the type to go on from his Wincanton hurdle debut success and is taken to defy a penalty. It will be interesting to see if the betting vibes are strong surrounding Irish point recruit Nedzor.
