Useful chaser who shaped as if better for the run returned to this sphere at Chepstow recently. Others make more appeal.
Useful winner on Flat and has made an encouraging start to his hurdle career, winning maiden/novice at this course at the beginning of 2023. Jumped poorly on handicap debut and wasn't at his best on the Flat recently.
Added to an excellent record at Taunton when getting off the mark for the season there in December. However, lost his form subsequently and will probably need this.
Likeable mare who was in good order last winter, scoring twice at this course and making the frame on a couple of occasions at Chepstow in February. However, form tailed off thereafter and offered little over C&D on return.
Successful on sole outing in bumpers when trained by Joe Tizzard and has improved over hurdles for current yard, scoring at Doncaster and Southwell in the spring. Posted a respectable eighth in handicap hurdle at Ayr (16f, good) 6 months ago and needs considering after a wind op.
Tongue strap on for 1st time, career best when winning 6-runner handicap hurdle (5/4) at Worcester (16f, soft) 30 days ago. Should go well again.
Improved effort for his top yard when second of 10 on 2m Ludlow handicap debut and not disgraced when third at Warwick since. Type to do better still this season, so merits plenty of respect.
Improved effort over hurdles when second on 19f Taunton handicap debut and backed it up with a solid third at Chepstow. Should feature if he's tuned up after 6 months off.
Belatedly got off the mark in a weak maiden hurdle over C&D in February and followed up back in handicap company 5 weeks later. Only seventh at Taunton next time but tongue tied for return, has had wind surgery and clearly goes well here.
Westerner gelding who has only shown modest form to date over hurdles but appeals as the sort to do better now handicapping after a break.

Forecasts
Getaway Tom (10/3), Shelikesthelights (10/3), Bertie Wooster (5/1), Him Malaya (6/1), West End Boy (13/2), Celtic Art (11/1), No No Tonic (12/1), Princess T (20/1), Not Available (25/1), Universal Secret (25/1), Amelia's Dance (33/1)
GETAWAY TOM is finding his feet and showed a good attitude to open his account at Worcester last time, so he's worth a chance to follow up. Bertie Wooster should be on the premises and Him Malaya appeals as the type to do better this season.
