Prone to mistakes over hurdles but, after scoring on the level, he recorded a fourth Market Rasen success in May. Pulled up at Uttoxeter in July, though, and also well held on the Flat at Pontefract in August. Needs to have been refreshed by a short break.
Been running creditably in defeat of late without doing enough to suggest a return to winning ways is likely here.
Better than ever when making a winning start for the Lucinda Russell stable at Perth (3m) in August and even better form when only narrowly denied at Kelso last month. Should give another good account.
Point winner who has finished runner-up on all 4 starts in maiden/novice hurdles around 2½m, including on last month's Worcester reappearance. Unexposed for top stable now stepping up in trip for handicap debut.
Largely progressive in handicaps last term, off the mark at Catterick (19f) in February and placed on 2 of his 3 starts thereafter. Encouraging return display when staying on for second at Warwick (21f) 24 days ago and possibilities with that under his belt.
Fairly useful hurdler/chaser who made a winning start for the Stuart Edmunds yard in a 3m handicap chase at Wetherby in February. Beaten favourite on his next 3 outings and took a fall when in contention 3 out at Uttoxeter in May. Confidence restoring mission returning over timber.
Made a successful handicap debut at Ffos Las (2½m) in January and back to that sort of form when third at Newbury (19f) in March. Behind when unseating rider last at Chepstow on final start in April but comes here with yard having made bright start to the campaign and better showing anticipated.
Has thrived with cheekpieces applied this season, completing a hat-trick around 3m before improving again when second at Worcester (2½m) last month. Big player back at 3m.
Point winner who improved over hurdles in the spring, second over 19.5f at Bangor in March before going one better over 23f there 4 weeks later. Could have more to offer in handicaps this term and returns with his yard in form. High on the shortlist.
Irish point winner who made a winning start over hurdles at Fontwell in March. Runner-up over 2½m at Newbury and Newcastle later in the spring and he's another in this line-up with unexposed potential now handicapping over a longer trip on his reappearance.
Got on a roll in the second half of 2021, winning 5 handicaps (4 hurdle, 1 chase), but he hasn't been seen since finishing a remote last of 4 over fences at Carlisle in March 2022. Watching brief the percentage call unless the betting strongly hints otherwise.

Forecasts
Equinus (5/2), Secret Trix (9/2), Sound And Fury (6/1), Prairie Wolf (13/2), Mylesfromwicklow (7/1), No But I Will (15/2), Czech Her Out (12/1), Feivel (18/1), Ashington (28/1), Uno Mas (50/1), Giovanni Change (66/1)
An interesting and competitive opener. NO BUT I WILL reappears for a yard in good form and gets the nod to make a winning handicap debut. Sound And Fury, who represents last year's winning stable, and Mylesfromwicklow have similarly unexposed profiles to the selection and head the many possible dangers along with the thriving Secret Trix.
