40/1

Offered little both starts upon joining present stable in recent weeks and application of first-time visor/tongue tie needs to have serious effect if he's to figure.

Conquest Of Power^p¹⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 9-4| J: Aidan Keeley⁽³⁾| T: M D I Usher| OR: 59| D

17/2

28/1, eleventh of 14 in handicap at Bath (5.7f, soft) 10 days ago, racing off the pace and never dangerous. Again had soft ground as a possible excuse then and switch back to an artificial surface may help now from tumbling mark.

Form: 1563-90

Jacquelina¹¹⁴

Winner at Chepstow (5f) in June. Respectable fourth of 8 in handicap (5/2) at Yarmouth (5.2f, good) in July, no extra final 100 yds. No forlorn hope returning from 114 days off.

Forecasts

Mick's Spirit (13/8), So Sleepy (5/2), Josies Kid (10/3), Jacquelina (8/1), Conquest Of Power (17/2), Beau Roc (14/1), Due Date (40/1)

SO SLEEPY gained deserved compensation for her unlucky defeat previously when running out a comfortable winner of a C&D handicap 16 days ago and a repeat here should see her make another bold bid from a 6 lb higher mark. Fellow in-form pair Mick's Spirit and Josies Kid head up the dangers.
