Debut 13f Flat winner in France. Took a big step forward for current yard when landing 9-runner novice hurdle at Plumpton (15.9f, good to firm) in May, always holding on. Has more to offer so he's a player on his handicap debut/return.

Resumed winning ways after 3 months off in 9-runner handicap hurdle over C&D 54 days ago. Up 4 lb but he's still well in the mix.

Improved form when opening hurdles account at Uttoxeter in December. Disappointed thereafter, but he wasn't knocked about when tenth in handicap there 17 days ago. Needs to build on it now.

Fair Flat winner who got off the mark in this sphere in 2m Hereford handicap in April. Not disgraced when fifth at Plumpton (15.9f, good to firm) following month. Considered on his return.

Has improved with each of his three runs over hurdles, fourth of 10 in novice hurdle at Wincanton (15.2f, soft) 6 months ago. Makes handicap debut and should have more to offer. In the picture.

Lightly-raced maiden hurdler, only seventh of 9 in novice at Plumpton (15.9f, good) 6 months ago. Goes into handicaps but others look better treated at these weights.

Re-hooded and also tongue tied when posting a good fourth of 11 in novice hurdle at Stratford (2m, good to soft) 16 days ago. Needs another step forward on his handicap bow however.

In fine form over fences in the spring until beating only one at Market Rasen in March. Reappears over hurdles after 7 months off and others are preferred on this occasion.

Fair middle-distance maiden on Flat and bought from Michael Bell's yard for 50,000 gns in July. Yet to match that over hurdles but he comes here on the back of a patiently-ridden fifth on the level at Goodwood after 6 months off so needs considering off a handy-looking mark.

Gary Moore's ex-French winner ANGEL'S DREAM was much improved when going in at Plumpton in May and looks the sort to continue on the up so is fancied to make a winning start to life in handicaps here. Fellow handicap debutant Ventara could emerge as the chief threat, although C&D scorer Fort de L'Ocean and the well-weighted Loudspeaker command plenty of respect too in an intriguing contest.
