Fair winner at 16f over hurdles. 5/1 and cheekpieces on for 1st time, below-par fourth of 8 in handicap hurdle at Newton Abbot (18.5f, good to soft) 153 days ago. Not discounted back in this sphere.
Fairly useful winner at 16f in chases. 6/1, won 4-runner handicap chase at Warwick (16.2f, good to soft) on debut over fences 169 days ago. Interesting back on the Flat.
C&D winner in April. Respectable fifth of 10 in handicap at Yarmouth (10.1f, good to soft, 10/1) 28 days ago. Ought to be in the shake-up.
C&D winner who also landed 10-runner handicap at Sandown (10f, heavy) 27 days ago. Big shout nudged up just 2 lb.
Winner at Windsor in September. 7/2, good second of 5 in handicap at Haydock (10.2f, soft) 18 days ago. Firmly in the picture.
6/1, creditable second of 9 in handicap at Nottingham (10.2f, heavy) 75 days ago. Cheekpieces on 1st time and not ruled out.

Forecasts
Wintercrack (2/1), Kamanika (11/4), Barney's Angel (7/2), Hystery Bere (11/2), Macho Sun (11/1), Swinging London (18/1)
None of these can be ruled out but it's still hard to side against Joseph Parr's thriving filly KAMANIKA who handles the mud really well and is weighted to bag a fourth success of 2023. Barney's Angel is also proven under the conditions and arrives in good order so rates the chief threat, although Hystery Bere shouldn't be underestimated back in this sphere after a chasing success at Warwick.
- Kamanika11/4
- Hystery Bere11/2
