Losing run is mounting up but consistency hard to knock this term, respectable third of 7 in handicap at Catterick (6f, soft, 13/8) 23 days ago. Equally as effective at 7f and well worth considering.
Ninth of 12 in handicap at Newcastle (6f, 12/1) 10 days ago, weakening over 1f out. Mark has eased further but very best efforts to date have come over 6f.
C&D winner. Blinkered for 1st time, sixth of 9 in handicap (33/1) at Haydock (8.2f, good) 65 days ago, fading. Cheekpieces now the headgear of choice and better showing not ruled out now his sights are lowered.
Fourteen runs since last win in 2022. 20/1, eighth of 10 in handicap at Ayr (7.2f, soft) 13 days ago, possibly needing the run on the back of 5 months off. Eaased further in weights but seems a more reliable proposition on AW nowadays.
C&D winner who tends to save very best for Chelmsford nowadays, resuming winning ways at that venue in September. Respectable efforts from inflated mark both starts since and fancied to give another good account back on turf.
Course winner. Fourteen runs since last win in 2022. 15/2, good third of 9 in handicap at Catterick (7f, heavy) 23 days ago. Can make presence felt.
Offered little both starts over hurdles earlier this year and fared no better in handful of starts back on the level subsequently. Others preferred despite sliding mark.
Course winner who dispelled series of lesser efforts when fifth of 12 in handicap (16/1) at Newcastle (1m) 20 days ago. Operating just 1 lb above last winning mark if he can build on that returned to turf.
Eighteen runs since last win in 2022. Respectable sixth of 12 in handicap (33/1) at Redcar (7f, good to firm) 19 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.

Forecasts
Without Delay (7/2), Willing To Please (7/2), Langholm (4/1), Impulsive Reaction (9/2), Cuban Rock (7/1), Monaadhil (11/1), Pembrokeshire (16/1), Pallas Lord (20/1), Flash Bulb (33/1)
LANGHOLM's losing run tempers enthusiasm but his consistency has been hard to knock this term, so he's given the nod stepping back up to 7f having a rare start away from Catterick. 3-y-o Cuban Rock and Without Delay are others to consider, whilst Impulsive Reaction is also worth keeping an eye on now his sights have been lowered.
- Langholm4/1
- Cuban Rock7/1
