Successful on 2 of first 3 starts this season and ran right up to best when runner-up at Nottingham (6f) on penultimate start. Latest run in Ayr Bronze Cup best overlooked (raced alone near side) and better showing anticipated here from handy draw.
Landed a C&D novice on return in April and stepped up further to follow up on handicap bow at Ayr (7.2f) in May. Not scaled same heights since though, albeit not seen to best effect when eighth of 12 in handicap at Chester (6.1f, soft) 24 days ago.
Twelve runs since last win in 2022. Creditable third of 8 in handicap (14/1) at this C&D (good to soft) 11 days ago, keeping on. Has come down plenty in the weights if he can build on that here.
Good second over C&D in July and confirmed return to form when going one place better at Carlisle (5.8f) later that month. Latest Redcar effort was a disappointing one 20 days ago but no surprise to see a better showing here.
Havana Grey gelding who got back on the up to record a second career success in 10-runner C&D handicap 18 days ago, by neck from Derwent Boy. Remains lightly raced and 3 lb rise shouldn't prevent him going well again.
Course winner. Thirteen runs since last win in 2022. 22/1, sixth of 8 in handicap at Chester (7f, heavy) 9 days ago. Others more persuasive.
11/2 and visored for 1st time, good neck second of 10 to Havana Pursuit in handicap at this C&D (good to soft) 18 days ago, headed close home. 1 lb better off with that rival now and claims given he's less exposed than most he meets here.
Turned in his best effort of the season from easing mark when second in 14-runner handicap at Southwell (6.1f) on penultimate start. Not far off that level when third at Chester (7f, soft) latest and he's worth a second look with the drop back to 6f holding no fears.
More encouraging signs equipped with blinkers in recent weeks and well served by drop to sprinting when off the mark at Doncaster (5.6f) 3 weeks ago, staying on to lead line. This stiff finish will suit on that evidence and possibilities again.
7-time C&D winner who went close to ending losing run at Catterick (7f) in July. However, below that form all 3 starts since, no extra inside final 1f when 3¼ lengths sixth of 10 to Havana Pursuit over C&D 18 days ago. Cheekpieces back on.

Forecasts
Onemorenomore (5/1), Havana Pursuit (6/1), Derwent Boy (6/1), Beauty Choice (13/2), Tellus (13/2), Little Muddy (7/1), King's Crown (8/1), King Of Tonga (9/1), Impeller (14/1), Russco (16/1), Round The Island (20/1)
ONEMORENOMORE relished the drop to sprinting when opening his account at Doncaster (5.6f) 3 weeks ago and, with the slightly longer trip here entitled to suit on that evidence, he gets the narrow vote to follow up with Tom Marquand an eye-catching booking. Beauty Choice is lurking on a handy mark and feared, with Derwent Boy and Havana Pursuit just another couple to consider.
