5/1

Bagged second win of season over this C&D when taking 10-runner handicap (good to soft, 7/2) 16 days ago, finding extra. 5 lb higher now but likely to go well again.

Form: 43-3181

Ivane⁶²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-12| J: E Walsh⁽³⁾| T: Ciaran Murphy| OR: 93

14/1

Unreliable sort who fared better than of late when sixth of 17 in handicap hurdle at Limerick (22f, soft, 40/1) 62 days ago. Still looking for first success, though.

Form: 590-876

Awesome Foursome^t¹²¹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-12| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: N & W Twiston-Davies| OR: 93

5/1

Made a winning bumper debut at Worcester in spring of last year and posted best effort over hurdles when runner-up at Market Rasen (20.6f) in March. Well below that level twice since, though.

Form: 6772-05

Euchan Falls^p¹⁵²

Age: 6| Weight: 11-11| J: Ryan Mania| T: R M Smith| OR: 92| D

11/1

Dual winner earlier this year but form rather tailed off thereafter and hasn't been seen since below-par fifth over C&D in April.

Form: 611465-

Brownstone^h,t¹⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-7| J: S Bowen| T: Ian Donoghue| OR: 88

9/2

Shaped with some encouragement when fifth of 16 in handicap hurdle at Kilbeggan (24.4f, good, 4/1) on yard debut 19 days ago and Sean Bowen is an eye-catching booking. Hood back on.

Form: 08-7795

Solway Molly¹⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 11-2| J: Thomas Dowson| T: Miss L Harrison| OR: 83

13/2

Yet to add to her bumper success but shaped better than bare result when fifth of 10 to Prince Nino over C&D earlier this month and figures off a handy mark.

Form: 3P-6225

Ultra Violet^p¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Bruce Lynn⁽³⁾| T: N W Alexander| OR: 79

7/1

Remains a maiden after 18 NH runs but returned to form when 4¾ lengths third of 10 to Prince Nino in handicap hurdle (9/2) over C&D (good to soft) 16 days ago. Likely to be in the mix again.

Form: 443463

Libor Lad^t¹⁵⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-11| J: Thomas Bellamy| T: David Dennis| OR: 78

18/1

Down the field in a couple of bumpers and just modest form at best over hurdles. Hard to fancy.

Form: 906060-

Confelicity¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: D R Fox| T: A B Hamilton| OR: 74| BF

11/1

Found some improvement when third of 6 in handicap hurdle at this course (23.9f, good to soft) 16 days ago. This looks more competitive but she warrants respect.

Form: 7535P3

Blame Rose^p,t³⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 10-4| J: Nathan Moscrop| T: S Corbett| OR: 71

14/1

Fared better than of late, in first-time cheekpieces, when creditable fourth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Cartmel (22.1f, soft) 30 days ago. 3 lb lower now and can make presence felt.

Form: P-58484

Solway Staree¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 10-3| J: Conor Rabbitt⁽⁵⁾| T: Miss L Harrison| OR: 70

33/1

Poor form shown thus far over hurdles and finished well behind Prince Nino here last time.

Form: 4733P7

Dr Lockdown^p1¹⁸¹

Age: 6| Weight: 10-2| J: Max Kendrick| T: D J Jeffreys| OR: 66

20/1

Maiden pointer who has shown little in 4 starts under Rules. Plenty to prove from 3 lb out of the weights on handicap debut.

Form: 3480P6-

Forecasts

Brownstone (9/2), Awesome Foursome (5/1), Prince Nino (5/1), Fathers Advice (13/2), Solway Molly (13/2), Ultra Violet (7/1), Confelicity (11/1), Euchan Falls (11/1), Ivane (14/1), Blame Rose (14/1), Libor Lad (18/1), Dr Lockdown (20/1), Solway Staree (33/1)

Preference is for PRINCE NINO, who had several of these rivals behind when scoring over C&D earlier this month and remains feasibly treated. Solway Molly and Brownstone head the list of dangers.
