€110,000 yearling, Dark Angel filly. Half-sister to several winners, including 1¼m-1½m winner Brilliant Light and 11.6f-1¾m winner Golden Flame, both useful. Makes some appeal on paper and worth a market check.
Fairly useful filly. 4/1, suited by return to longer trip when creditable third of 9 in handicap at Sandown (10f, good to soft) 29 days ago. Should be respected in this grade despite distance being shorter than her optimum.
Progressive form when runner-up first 3 starts in maiden/novice company upon returning this term. Disappointing at Haydock last time, racing too freely to see the race out on soft ground, but still sets a reasonable standard.
Sea The Stars filly out of the outstanding racemare Treve. Could barely possess a better middle-distance pedigree and is a most exciting newcomer.
Fair filly. Remains a maiden after 8 Flat runs. 5/1 and blinkered for 1st time, below form fifth of 10 in minor event at this course (7f) 23 days ago. Yet to prove she's trained on this season.
Rajasinghe filly. 33/1, last of 6 in maiden at Lingfield (7f, firm) on debut 58 days ago. Can't be fancied on that showing.
Fairly useful filly. Failed to get home when sixth of 8 in handicap at Windsor (10f, good, 9/1) 46 days ago. Cheekpieces on 1st time. Back down in trip for her polytrack debut and holds good form claims.
Kingman filly. Ran to similar level as debut when third of 7 in minor event (9/1) at Thirsk (8f, heavy) 34 days ago. WIll be qualified for handicaps after this where she'll probably be of more interest.
Frankel filly. Shaped well under a considerate ride on debut and should find the added experience of last month's Wolverhampton fourth benefiting her. Remains with the potential to do better and isn't ruled out.

Forecasts
Beccara Rose (9/4), Doha (11/4), Ludmilla (5/1), Copy Artist (5/1), Venus Rosewater (11/2), Romilda (20/1), Ivory Madonna (22/1), Angel Of The Rock (40/1), Kumari Star (200/1)
VENUS ROSEWATER has a really useful pedigree and was worn down late after hitting the front at Wolverhampton last time. With further progress anticipated, she narrowly gets the nod over the impeccably-bred newcomer Doha, both of whom's parents won an Arc. Juddmonte-pair Copy Artist and Ludmilla both have fairly useful handicap form to their name and merit respect back in maiden company.
