Louis Roederer Mares' Handicap Hurdle

Dual winner for Nicky Richards last summer, including this race. Yet to show that form for current yard but she was given a considerate return from a 3-month break at Market Rasen in June. Similar absence since and she lurks on a tempting mark.

Has returned in good form, looking the likely winner for much of the straight but collared late in Killarney mares' maiden 5 weeks ago. That race had a bit of depth to it and she could have more to offer now handicapping for yard that does well here.

Dual winner at Stratford last season and made a very positive start for new yard when edged out on the line in similar handicap over further here 8 weeks ago. Nudged up 3 lb but clearly of interest.

Landed a gamble in good style on first run for yard at Fontwell and continued in form, taking a keen hold and no match for classy winner at Market Rasen when last seen 13 months ago. Down 4 lb and a player if ready to go.

Steps back in the right direction of late, placed over C&D and at Bangor. This is a bit tougher.

Right back on track to capitalise on a handy mark with something to spare at Market Rasen earlier this month. Better than the result there next time and not ruled out up in trip.
