C&D winner. Respectable fifth of 11 in handicap (17/2) at Yarmouth (5.2f, good to soft) 22 days ago, ridden 2f out and one paced. Mark has eased a little more and he's not out of things for all he doesn't find winning easy.

Useful sprint handicapper who ran best race for Roger Fell when third behind Nomadic Empire in Bahrain back in December. Well held all 3 starts so far this campaign but since made an interesting yard switch and revival can't be ruled out.
Front-running C&D winner who is enjoying a fine season under this rider, quickly into stride and proving game under pressure when making all at Windsor (5.1f) for latest success 3 weeks ago. 3 lb rise shouldn't prevent him going well again in this groove.
Back-to-back winner of handicaps at Hamilton/Chester earlier this year but not quite scaled same heights from inflated mark since, fifth of 7 in handicap at first-named venue 13 days ago. Drop back in class a plus now however.
Course winner. Operating below best in trio of starts so far this season, last of 9 in handicap at Musselburgh (5f, good to soft) 14 days ago, never landing a blow. Would need to see more positive signs before becoming of interest.
Latest win at Ayr in May. Good second of 8 in apprentice handicap (7/2) at Haydock (5f, good to firm) 43 days ago, shaken up over 2f out and staying on. Rider able to take off handy 7 lb again back in this deeper affair.
Latest win at Nottingham in May. Good second of 16 in handicap at this C&D (good to firm, 18/1) 7 days ago, rallying and just failing. Enters calculations.
Made an excellent start for this yard, registering third success of the season in 9-runner C&D handicap (heavy) 13 days ago, just holding on from another in-form sort. Up further 4 lb but can't be discounted in this groove.

Forecasts
Majeski Man (10/3), Ecclesiastical (10/3), Abate (4/1), Muker (6/1), Nomadic Empire (13/2), Digital (10/1), Dandy Dinmont (10/1), Count D'Orsay (11/1), Runninwild (22/1)
A leap of faith is required in supporting DIGITAL on the back of 3 disappointing runs so far this term but he's now lurking on a very appealing mark if a yard switch perks him up and he could just be worth chancing to bounce back. Abate, who is enjoying a fine season, Majeski Man, and another who has been revitalised in recent months, Ecclesiastical, head the dangers.
