Cokoriko gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler Bobby John. Dam, ran twice over hurdles, 7f winner on Flat, sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 3m) First Ballot. Doubled tally between the flags a fortnight ago.
Overcame inexperience to make a successful bumper debut at Worcester in September. Found it tougher under a penalty in a stronger race at Chepstow but got back on track in a first-time hood when third here in November. Unseated rider on hurdles debut over C&D on Tuesday.
Half-brother to 3 winners, including useful hurdler/smart chaser Chemical Energy, stays 3¾m, and fair hurdler/chaser Marlee Massie. Winning pointer but went with little promise on hurdles debut 12 days ago.
Irish raider but little to shout about in 3 starts so far. Hood fitted.
€32,000 3-y-o, Milan gelding. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler (stayed 3¼m) Kris Spin and fairly useful hurdler (stayed 3m) Ebony Empress. Bred to stay well and bumper effort wasn't devoid of promise. Upped in trip for hurdles debut.
Fair bumper performer in Ireland and he's reached a similar level over hurdles, producing best effort yet (on back of a wind op) when second at Fontwell (21.7f) last month. Runner-up again at Stratford 3 weeks ago and sure to be there in a change of headgear.
Big prices but hurdles efforts in March weren't devoid of promise. Probably a handicap project.
Fair maiden on the Flat for Ger Lyons and easily best effort over hurdles when second of 6 at Bangor 3 weeks ago despite mistakes. Not certain to relish this trip but still very much the one to beat.
Not given a hard time on last month's hurdles bow at Warwick. Longer trip sure to suit on pedigree but he likely needs more time.
Point winner but minor promise only both starts over timber this spring.
Well related and in top hands but has shown little in a brace of bumpers and also fell on hurdles debut last month.
Related to a bumper winner and opened her account at the first time of asking in 7-runner event at Uttoxeter. Limitations exposed in slightly better bumpers later that season and off 16 months ahead of this switch to hurdles. She's in very good hands, though.

Forecasts
Shandancer (2/1), Faded Fantasy (16/5), Genovese (10/3), Sforza Castle (11/1), Presenting Nelly (12/1), Love Bite (16/1), Make No Plans (16/1), D'last Spez (22/1), Skeeter Park (40/1), Jimmy Boum (40/1), Jessmae (100/1), Diana Prince (200/1)
FADED FANTASY could do with brushing his jumping up but this isn't a deep maiden, and with progress on the cards, he's the one to beat. Shandancer can remain competitive at this level, with Presenting Nelly one to monitor in the betting on return from 16 months off.
