Baileys Derbyday¹⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: J M Quinlan| T: Miss A Murphy

7/2

Fair handicapper on Flat (stays 2m) and is a half-brother to useful hurdler Pilansberg. Not enough encouragement in a novice on hurdling debut at Worcester.

Form: 5

Image of Stars that are filled with the colour gold

Buxted Too⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: C J Todd| T: Ian Williams

15/2

Borderline useful Flat winner was easy to back and ran below that level on his belated return to hurdling at Worcester recently. Brought down at Aintree since and will need to improve if he's to feature.

Form: 6/9B

Fandabidozi¹²

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Tabitha Worsley⁽³⁾| T: G Hanmer

6/1

Modest staying handicapper on the Flat. Positive start over hurdles but will need to up his game to land this.

Form: 6-3

Imperial Admiral^t⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: C Gethings| T: K Bailey & M Nicholls

50/1

Pulled up both starts prior to unseating at Ludlow 9 days ago. Unlikely to feature.

Form: PP-U

Sisterandbrother^h,t1⁸³

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Harry Cobden| T: M F Harris

2/1

Fair winner on the Flat and offered encouragement when third in a novice at Wincanton 83 days ago. More to come with tongue tie now fitted and could land this.

Form: 3-

Thorpeness^t1⁷¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Tristan Durrell⁽⁵⁾| T: D SkeltonWS

40/1

Has shown nothing in two bumpers and looks set for a struggle on first hurdles outing. Tongue tie goes on and has had a wind op.

Form: 09-

Uggy Uggy Uggy²⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Bradley Harris⁽⁷⁾| T: M F Harris

10/1

Down the field in a bumper and a novice hurdle at Chepstow. Looks more of a handicap type.

Form: 94-

Love Mystery²⁴⁸

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: S Bowen| T: O Murphy

10/1

Fair maiden on the Flat, making GB/IRE jumps debut. Hooded for 1st time, tenth of 14 in handicap at Newbury (12f, good, 20/1). Off 8 months. First run for yard after leaving Andrew Balding. Has joined a good NH yard and should make an impact.

Form:

Wolf Of Oxshott²¹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: J E Moore| T: M Scudamore

6/1

Fair Flat winner, making GB/IRE jumps debut. Third of 6 in handicap (4/1) at Newcastle (12.4f) 21 days ago. Has a chance if he takes to hurdling.

Form:

Forecasts

Sisterandbrother (2/1), Baileys Derbyday (7/2), Fandabidozi (6/1), Wolf Of Oxshott (6/1), Buxted Too (15/2), Uggy Uggy Uggy (10/1), Love Mystery (10/1), Thorpeness (40/1), Imperial Admiral (50/1)

SISTERANDBROTHER has already scored on the Flat and showed enough on his hurdling debut to think he can land this relatively weak race. Love Mystery makes plenty of appeal and Wolf of Oxshott can't be dmissed.
