Age: 7| Weight: 12-0| J: J M Quinlan| T: N B King| OR: 109| D

7/2

Dual-bumper winner who hasn't reached that level of form over hurdles, for all he's been placed on his last 3 starts. Eased 2 lb on this second handicap start and he can remain competitive.

Parc d'Amour^h1¹⁰

Age: 6| Weight: 12-0| J: C Gethings| T: K Bailey & M Nicholls| OR: 109

5/4

Bumper winner who travelled with plenty of purpose when runner-up on handicap debut at Warwick 10 days ago. Hood fitted and he looks ahead of his mark.

Form: 1/372-2

Estacas⁴⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 11-9| J: Brendan Powell| T: D G Bridgwater| OR: 104| DWS

20/1

Useful in bumpers for Andreas Wohler and posted best effort for current yard when runner-up in Ludlow maiden (15.7f) in February. Ran as if possibly amiss at Huntingdon since, though. Since had a wind op.

Form: 13/052P-

Odin's Quest²⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 11-8| J: Caoilin Quinn⁽⁵⁾| T: G & J Moore| OR: 103| CD

3/1

Bumper winner who built on earlier promise (without usual hood) when landing weak Wincanton maiden hurdle last month. More to do now handicapping but he's in good hands. Has only one eye.

Form: 1/454P1-

Valamix^t²⁶¹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-3| J: G Sheehan| T: Jamie Snowden| OR: 98

20/1

Showed improvement for step up in trip when second of 6 in novice hurdle at Uttoxeter (19.9f) in July. Handed a stiff mark and no impact at Worcester a month later.

Form: 64/4426-

Chargo^h,t¹⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 10-7| J: N F Houlihan⁽³⁾| T: Mrs L J Mongan| OR: 94

125/1

Fair maiden on the Flat. Limited impact on 4 hurdles starts for Gordon Elliott and heavy defeat back on the level at Windsor recently needs casting aside.

Form: 3F37-

Choirmaster^t1⁷⁸

Age: 4| Weight: 10-2| J: B S Hughes| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 88WS

13/2

Fairly useful on Flat but has failed to see his race out over hurdles so far. Breathing op/tongue tie may help in that regard and he's in good hands now handicapping.

Form: 095-

Forecasts

Parc d'Amour (5/4), Odin's Quest (3/1), I Hope Star (7/2), Choirmaster (13/2), Estacas (20/1), Valamix (20/1), Chargo (125/1)

PARC D'AMOUR travelled like a well-handicapped horse at Warwick 10 days ago, and with a hood hopefully settling him down early, he can prove that point here. Odin's Quest is the chief threat, though Choirmaster is of some interest with a tongue strap fitted on the back of a breathing op.
