Bumper winner but yet to really kick on over hurdles, running about as well as could be expected when mid-field on handicap debut at Wetherby (24.1f, good to soft) earlier this month. Sole win came on testing ground so any rain would only aid her cause.

Remains a maiden after 16 starts and probably needed the run after 13 months off when tailed off at Musselburgh (23.8f, soft) in November. Not seen since but mark drops a further 4 lb and yard are in good order.

Creditable efforts since switched to handicaps and this longer trip promises to suit, so he's not without hope.

Bumper winner who belatedly took a step forward despite not being seen to best effect on just her second start in handicaps when third at Hexham (23.3f, heavy) just under a fortnight ago, left with too much to do. Should be bang there again.

Fair Irish bumper winner but has been soundly beaten in 5 starts over hurdles for this yard, last of 9 in first-time cheekpieces on handicap debut at Uttoxeter last time. Easy to look elsewhere.

Little to shout about this term but first-time cheekpieces seemingly had a positive effect when a staying-on third at Ayr (24.3f, good to soft) last month. Has struggled to string a couple of good efforts together though, so others appeal more.

Took 5 attempts to get off the mark in Irish points. Didn't offer a great deal in 3 qualifying runs over 2m but fared a bit better sent handicapping over a much longer trip (and had a wind op) when mid-field at Hexham just under a fortnight ago. More required.

PIPERS CROSS belatedly took a step forward when finishing a staying-on third at Hexham just under a fortnight ago, ultimately left with too much to do with the way things unfolded. She's fancied to open her account over timber at the expense of Something Golden, who promises to be suited by this longer trip, while more rain would only enhance Perculator's chances, so she completes the shortlist.
