Fernie Handicap Chase

Left low-key hurdles form well behind switched to fences last term, winning 4 of his 6 starts. It's been an entirely different story so far this season (pulled up all 3 starts) but obviously no shock were he to revive in the small-field scenario having been dropped another 5 lb.

Won 3 times following a lengthy absence last season but well beaten at Fontwell in May and it's been a similar story in 2 outings over fences/hurdles in recent months. Bounce back needed.

Irish point winner who made a successful start in this sphere in C&D handicap in December. Similar form when second in another small field at Huntingdon since. Good chance of another win.
