Doubled career tally at Wolverhampton (8.6f) in October and possible he'll strip fitter for his first start for 4 months when fourth in 5-runner Newcastle handicap (1m) 3 weeks ago. Not out of things.

Deed Pole³¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-9| J: William Carson| T: A Carson| OR: 60

11/2

Poet's Word gelding. Closely related to 9.5f-12.4f winner Pammi. Modest form at best in trio of AW novice/maiden events at up to 1m this winter but he's entitled to hold more chance now handicapping. Market should guide.

Form: 9-48

(5)

15/2

Good third of 9 in handicap at Kempton (1m) 23 days ago, helped by being held up in strongly-run race. Not out of things starting out for new yard with rider taking off a handy 5 lb.

Form: 7656-73

(3)

All Dunn¹³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-7| J: David Egan| T: J A Osborne| OR: 58| CD

11/8

Improver in low level AW events in recent weeks, career best when making it 3 wins rom last 4 starts in a C&D handicap 13 days ago. Fancied to make his presence felt again from 4 lb higher.

Form: 00-1121

Man Made Of Smoke^v¹³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-6| J: Rossa Ryan| T: P D Evans| OR: 57

Remains a maiden after 17 Flat runs. Respectable second of 5 in seller (5/2) at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 13 days ago. Handy draw to work from but he's had plenty of chances now.

Form: 4-25262

Regal Glory³⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: R Havlin| T: Mrs L J Mongan| OR: 53| C

5/1

Shed maiden tag granted run of the race over 7f here in December and backed that up from this revised mark when third in 11-runner Kempton handicap 38 days ago. Worth a crack at this longer trip on balance.

Form: 67441-3

(6)

Stintino Sunset^p¹³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: Luke Catton⁽⁵⁾| T: Miss J Feilden| OR: 52

22/1

2½ lengths sixth of 7 to All Dunn in C&D handicap 13 days ago, in touch and not quicken straight. Meets that rival on much more favourable terms here and she's no forlorn hope.

Form: 842-546

Spice Rack¹⁴

80/1

Forecasts

All Dunn (11/8), Regal Glory (5/1), Deed Pole (11/2), Cariad (13/2), Twilight Kiss (15/2), Man Made Of Smoke (15/2), Stintino Sunset (22/1), Spice Rack (80/1)

ALL DUNN has found some improvement on AW in recent weeks, making it 3 wins from his last 4 starts in a C&D handicap 2 weeks ago, and a 4 lb higher mark ought not prevent another bold showing on that evidence. Regal Glory is also going through a good spell and is worth a look upped to 1m. Stintino Sunset and Cariad complete the shortlist.
