Showed he still retains his ability when second in 3m Warwick veterans' event and subsequent effort at Aintree is easy to excuse. Returns from 70 days off and may bounce back.
Talented but rather frustrating performer, typically giving his running returned to conventional fences when runner-up at Chepstow (23.6f, soft) after 9 months off recently. Task is kicking on from that effort now.
Back from a wind op when bolting up in Grade 3 handicap at Cheltenham in December 2021. Better than result on comeback in this season's renewal but laboured display at Warwick last time.
Missed all of last season but did shape as if retaining ability for his new stable when seventh of 10 at Haydock in November. Easy to back and ran poorly at Sandown next time.
Returned to form when taking 7-runner handicap chase at Wetherby (24.2f, soft) in December and creditable second at Doncaster next time. She should give another good account.
Won twice at around 20f last term and shaped as if as good as ever on two of his last 3 starts, left with a lot to do at Doncaster on latest. Could get involved if the race is run to suit.
Off the mark over fences at Taunton 14 months ago and, after some mixed displays, is firmly on the upgrade now, showing a cracking attitude when following up his Exeter win at Market Rasen. Should make a bold bid for the hat-trick.
Completed a 3m Chepstow hat-trick on his reappearance in October. Disappointing twice there since, however (bled first occasion). Needs a revival.
Went backwards from reappearance when pulled up in handicap chase at Ffos Las (23.8f) 51 days ago. Needs to get back on track.
Bumper/hurdles winner who made a successful debut over fences at this course last summer. Back to winning ways in amateurs handicap chase at Cheltenham (25f) in October. Good efforts both starts since and another bold showing likely.
Has been in reasonable form this year but might find this a bit too competitive.
Gradual progress over fences last term, scoring at Wetherby and Market Rasen in January/February. Better than ever when making successful reappearance at Warwick in November and not disgraced when fourth in good race there since. Considered.

Forecasts
Mister Coffey (3/1), Guetapan Collonges (4/1), Bangers And Cash (4/1), Jimmy The Digger (15/2), Burrows Diamond (15/2), Dublin Four (12/1), Risk And Roll (16/1), De Rasher Counter (18/1), Fuji Flight (22/1), Wayfinder (22/1), Commodore (33/1), Crosspark (66/1)
JIMMY THE DIGGER has been in terrific form and takes marginal preference over the hat-trick seeking Bangers And Cash in this open-looking race. Guetapan Collonges and Burrows Diamond should also be on the premises.
