Last in pair of bumpers for Tim Vaughan (had wind-op after debut), so will need to leave that form well behind to figure here after 9 months off.
No promise when ninth of 10 in novice hurdle at Southwell (15.8f, good) on NH debut 13 days ago.
Fair maiden at best on the Flat but has looked very limited in this sphere, albeit making more impact than previously when sixth of 12 in novice hurdle at Exeter (16.7f, soft, 300/1) 10 days ago. More needed again to get off the mark here.
Fair Flat winner but showed nothing on hurdling debut after 18 months off in June 2021 and can't be fancied after another lengthy absence.
Poor maiden on the Flat offered little at Worcester on hurdling debut. Soundly beaten in minor event on the Flat since but she could make more impact in this very weak event.
Modest maiden on the Flat, seemingly in a lull when last seen in that sphere. Has found a very weak race if switch to hurdling perks her back up.
Fair Flat winner for Harry Dunlop. Stiff task in listed race on previous outing but ran creditably to be placed 2 starts prior and if she matches that level now hurdling she should be in the mix.
Fair Flat winner faced a stiff task when well-beaten ninth of 14 to Imperial Bede in maiden hurdle at Huntingdon. Will life find easier in this much weaker event.
Kayf Tara mare. Dam (h80), made frame in bumper/over hurdles, half-sister to fairly useful 3m chase winner Susie Sheep. Wears tongue strap. Worth market check on debut.
Modest winner at 16f in bumpers. Again failed to make an impression over hurdles when ninth of 12 in novice event at Exeter (16.7f, soft) 10 days ago but she should be capable of making a bigger impact here.
From a good family and showed ability in pair of bumpers in the summer for Martin Keighley. Respected hurdling newcomer despite 8-month absence.

Forecasts
Walk In The Storm (5/2), Sulochana (5/2), Western Safire (9/2), Opticality (7/1), Sea Of Charm (7/1), Longville Lilly (14/1), Tiptoe Tara (18/1), Lady Ironside (25/1), Lafilia (50/1), Aurelia Fadilla (150/1), Arini (150/1)
A moderate event in which WESTERN SAFIRE is fancied to make a winning start over hurdles after showing promise in a pair of summer bumpers. Sulochana and Sea of Charm were fair performers on the Flat and will be able to make their presence felt if replicating that form.
