Gained reward for consistency and came in for well-judged front-running ride when opening account over C&D 7 days ago. No surprise to see him out under a penalty and he's respected again from a handy draw.

Thrice-raced maiden. Hooded for 1st time, fifth of 8 in minor event at Lingfield (8f, AW, 50/1) 25 days ago. Makes handicap debut and she may have more to offer for good yard.
Lightly-raced maiden. Cheekpieces on for 1st time, respectable fifth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (7.1f) in October, ridden 2f out and plugging on. Returns with yard in good form and step up to 1m may unlock some improvement.
Roaring Lion filly who displayed fair form on first 2 starts in maiden/novice company late last year. Below that level at Southwell (7f) 24 days ago but more than enough to glean from first 2 starts to think she can make her mark now handicapping upped to 1m.
Lightly-raced maiden. 11/4, ninth of 11 in handicap at this course (7f) 22 days ago, driven over 2f out and weakening. Remains early days but he does need to step up on that to figure here.
Matched previous best when second at Lingfield (7f) in December and took a step forward to open her account over C&D 3 weeks ago, looking well served by the increase in trip. Should go well again.
Temperamental sort. Course winner. Latest win here in January. 9/2, good second of 9 in handicap at this C&D 7 days ago. Has good chance on form if putting best foot forward.
Thrice-raced maiden. Ninth of 13 in minor event at Southwell (7.1f, 200/1) 24 days ago, not knocked about. Cheekpieces on for handicap debut but would need to see market support to make her of significant interest.
Thrice-raced maiden. Eleventh of 14 in C&D novice event 70 days ago, dropping away early in straight. Visor needs to have positive effect now attentions switch to handicaps.

Forecasts
Outrace (4/1), Bernadine (9/2), Greavsie (9/2), Top Of The Class (5/1), Fully Deployed (7/1), Paco's Pride (7/1), Olympic Quest (12/1), Double Down (14/1), Martini Lodge (66/1)
Plenty in with a shout and it could pay to side with PACO'S PRIDE. Having shown promise on her first 2 starts, she's probably best not judged too harshly on her latest run at Southwell 24 days ago and, with progress anticipated now handicapping/up in trip she could be the answer. Last-time-out C&D winners Outrace and Bernadine head the dangers, with Greavsie completing the shortlist.
