Showed promise in a Stratford bumper and looked a work in progress in pair of novice hurdles so far this winter, not unduly punished when third in a C&D novice 4 weeks ago. In good hands and handicaps more his bag.

Blue Bresil gelding who stepped up on previous exploits in bumpers when runner-up at Taunton (16.5f) 12 months ago. Not in quite the same form at Warwick in March but this sort of trip will suit on pedigree now hurdling.

Clovis Du Berlais half-brother to modest hurdler/chase winner Lincoln Lyn (2½m/21f winner) and modest hurdler Over My Head (3m winner). Dam, won 2¼m hurdle in France. Probably best watched on racecourse bow. Hood/tongue tie fitted.

Offered little in Newbury bumper on debut in April and failed to complete both starts over hurdles, left behind 3 out and pulled up at Lingfield (19.5f) 40 days ago. Passed over.

Encouragement when third in a Kempton bumper during spring of 2021 and shaped encouragingly on belated return when fourth in a bumper here (17.7f) last month. May well be up to building on that now hurdling.

Encouraging start to his career when second in an Ascot bumper and again showed plenty of ability when third in a 15-runner Doncaster novice (19.4f, good to soft) on last month's hurdles debut. Likely to step up on that here and a bold show is anticipated.

Off mark in points at second attempt in May and shaped well switched to Rules when third in a Chepstow bumper in November, rallying from 3f out. Well held on Hereford hurdling debut subsequently but ought to do better somewhere down the line.

Having shown plenty when runner-up on bumper debut at Ascot in November, HERMINO AA again ran well when third on hurdles debut at Doncaster 32 days ago and he can confirm that promise and come out on top. Goodwin Racing, a good fourth in a course bumper following a lengthy absence last month, and fellow hurdles debutant Bertie Blue may emerge as the chief threats.
