Latest win in chase at Kilbeggan in July. 9/1, possibly needed run when tenth of 12 in handicap chase at Fairyhouse (29f, heavy) 56 days ago. Back down in trip. Others preferred.
Jumped poorly when sixth of 11 in novice chase at Wexford (20f, soft, 2/1). Off 7 months. Makes handicap chase debut. Can give a good account without posing serious threat to principals.
Lightly-raced winner under NH rules. Fourth of 5 in novice chase at Fairyhouse (16f, heavy, 20/1) 39 days ago, considerately handled. Up in trip. Cheekpieces on 1st time. Should make more impact on handicap chase debut.
Good second of 9 in novice chase at Punchestown (19.7f, good to soft) in November but was flying too high in Grade 1 company last time. Cheekpieces back on. Looks well treated on handicap debut.
One win from 27 NH runs. Twenty runs since last win in 2020. Fourth of 5 in minor event hurdle at Wexford (24f, good to soft, 11/8). Off 8 months. Campaigned solely over hurdles last season so best watched back over fences.
Latest win in chase at Downpatrick in October. 14/1, creditable third of 9 in minor event chase at Fairyhouse (21.6f, heavy) 15 days ago. Enters calculations.
Ran one of this seasons better races when fourth of 11 in handicap hurdle at this course (18.8f, heavy) 21 days ago. Switches from hurdles to chase. Makes handicap chase debut. Others more persuasive.
Fourteen runs since last win in 2021. Made mistakes when fourth of 7 in handicap chase (15/2) at this course (16f, soft) 21 days ago. Back up in trip. Others have achieved more.

Forecasts
Aarons Day (3/1), Percy Warner (16/5), Whatsnotoknow (11/2), Oscer Romero (13/2), Genois (7/1), Clonbury Bridge (15/2), Low Lie The Fields (14/1), Everglow (14/1)
AARONS DAY was improving from run-to-run in novice chases before finding himself out of his depth in Grade 1 company last time, but should be able to get back on the upgrade entering handicaps from a lenient-looking mark. Percy Warner hasn't been given a hard time over fences yet and is interesting now handicapping, whilst Clonbury Bridge has been acquitting himself well this campaign.
