Exeter Stayers' Conditional Jockeys' Training Series Handicap Hurdle

One-time useful hurdler who produced his best effort for a while when landing 3m Chepstow handicap on his final start last season. Creditable second of 14 at Ludlow (21f) 3 weeks ago, although he was off the bridle a long way out.

Bumper winner in spring 2021 and better with each start over hurdles since returning from an absence, making a winning handicap debut over 3m at Wetherby last month. 5 lb rise may not stop him with further progress on the cards.

Won bumper and novice hurdles on first 3 starts under Rules back in 2019/20. Hasn't kicked on in a light career since but latest Ffos Las third shows he's down to a mark he can be competitive from.

Down in the weights when off mark for this yard in chase at Huntingdon in April. Not disgraced in a Market Rasen hurdle in May but well held back chasing in early-summer. Has first outing for 7 months here.

Won around 3m at Chepstow and Plumpton last winter. Solid return to action when second at Chepstow in November but not in the same form when fifth back there since.

Runner-up in the first of 3 bumpers last winter and placed in mares' maiden/novice hurdles this time round. Appeals as a likely improver now making a quick switch to handicap company.
