£31,000 4-y-o, Robin Des Champs gelding. Dam, unraced, closely related to high-class chaser (stayed 3¼m) Snoopy Loopy and useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 3m) Sam Adams. Runner-up sole start in points (Dec 2021). Interesting Rules debutant.

€30,000 3-y-o, Cokoriko gelding. Friendless in betting but definite promise to glean from his fifth in 15-runner Punchestown bumper on NH debut back in April. Very much the type to do better and well worth a second look.

£42,000 3-y-o, Soldier of Fortune gelding. Ridden patiently but noted strong at the finish when runner-up in a C&D bumper on debut in October. A repeat should see him thereabouts.

Yorgunnabelucky mare. Dam (h81), 2½m-3m hurdle winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (stays 19f) Multellie. Likely best watched on debut.

14/1
Pether's Moon mare who has stamina in her pedigree and has shaped in kind without posing a win threat in a couple of bumpers at up to 17f this winter. May do better when tackling further over hurdles.

Montmartre gelding. Offered something to work on when second in 6-runner C&D bumper on debut 6 weeks ago, under pressure early but sticking well to his task.

Verdict

An interesting small-field bumper with the narrow vote in favour of the returning ISENAY. Sent off at a big price on debut at Punchestown in the spring, there was plenty of promise to glean from his midfield effort that day and he's expected to take a step forward from that here. Esprit du Potier and Lucky Solider both showed plenty when finishing second respectively in C&D events recently and can also figure. Chance The Robin is an interesting newcomer.
