Verdict

A trappy 3-y-o handicap with the narrow vote in favour of GILDED MOON. She matched her previous best without being seen to best effect off a steady gallop when third at Wolverhampton (9.5f) recently and this stiffer test could well play to her strengths. Lingfield-scorer Haaland remains less exposed than most and rates the lead threat ahead of Aesthetic, who finished behind that rival latest.
