Fairly useful winner at 23f over hurdles for Philip Hobbs. Ran below best on return/chase debut for new yard at Southwell (3m) 3 weeks ago and connections quick to switch his attentions back to timber.
Dual maiden/novice hurdle winner during 2020/21 prior to progress stalling for Jonjo O'Neill. Changed hands for £20,000 prior to an encouraging return fourth at Kelso (25.7f) 25 days ago but he does need to keep the errors at bay. Cheekpieces back on.
Bagged quick-fire hat-trick in handicap hurdles at around 2½m earlier this year but largely disappointed since, including over fences returned from 6 months off at Sedgefield 8 days ago.
Improved for fitting of cheekpieces last winter, posting wide margin success over fences in December and matched that when going in again over hurdles at Warwick (26f) in February, looking likely winner when left clear 2 out. Claims again on return to action.
Fair bumper/novice hurdle winner. Placed on 2 of last 3 starts in handicaps last winter (at up to 3m) prior to falling 4 out when last seen at Catterick (25.3f) in March. Market may prove best guide returning from 9 months off with cheekpieces enlisted.
5-y-o who was well backed (in first-time cheekpieces) and left reappearance effort in his wake when third at Chepstow (23.6f) 12 days ago. Still low-mileage from a handicapping perspective and he's worth considering.
Won a strong race for the grade on handicap debut at Hereford (21.7f) in March and made the frame both starts since, third over extended 20f returning from 7 months off at Kelso 25 days ago. Still unexposed and he's a player from such a lowly mark.
Kept busy on Flat this summer and made more impact than previously in this sphere when hitting frame in pair of handicaps at up to 3m in recent months. Can give a good account but long time since he last got his head in front.

Forecasts
Post Chaise (6/4), Theme Tune (10/3), One Fer Mamma (6/1), Lady Bowes (9/1), Sam's The Man (10/1), Monticello (11/1), One For You (20/1), Desaray Girl (28/1)
Successful in a strong race for the grade at Hereford back in March, POST CHAISE produced a promising comeback effort when third at Kelso earlier this month and, with potential for better still firmly intact, he earns the vote to build on that stepping back up in trip. Sam's The Man left his reappearance effort in his wake when third at Chepstow 12 days ago and is feared, along with One Fer Mamma and Theme Tune.
