14/1, eighth of 14 in maiden at Newbury (6f, good) 74 days ago. Gelded since and leading claims judged on his effort at Ascot on penultimate start.
Once-raced gelding. Twelfth of 16 in maiden (12/1) at Newbury (6.5f, heavy) on debut 39 days ago. Will need to leave that form well behind if he's to make an impact here.
Once-raced gelding. 28/1, twelfth of 13 in maiden at Kempton (7f) on debut 11 days ago. Probably more one for the longer term.
Once-raced colt. 3/1, sixth of 10 in minor event at Newcastle (7.1f) on debut 18 days ago. Will be more street-wise this time and he has to be high on the shortlist.
Twice-raced colt. Fifth of 9 in maiden (33/1) at this C&D 22 days ago. Each-way chance.
Once-raced colt. 80/1, twelfth of 13 in minor event at Kempton (8f) on debut 13 days ago. Readily passed over.
Foaled April 9. 45,000 gns yearling, Awtaad gelding. Dam lightly raced, closely related to very smart winner up to 2m Dashing Willoughby. Leading yard can ready a newcomer and he's one to monitor closely in the betting.
Twice-raced colt. Seventh of 10 in minor event at Chelmsford City (7f, 20/1) 21 days ago. In good hands and likely to do better further down the line.
Once-raced colt. 28/1, sixth of 11 in minor event at Newcastle (7.1f) on debut 18 days ago. Needs to step up on that in order to figure prominently here.
Twice-raced filly. 100/1, fifth of 11 in minor event at Kempton (7f) 41 days ago. Possibilities if able to build on that effort here.
Foaled February 18. Mondialiste filly. Dam maiden (stayed 8.5f), half-sister to useful 2-y-o 7f winner (stayed 1¼m) Ahlaain. Yard's newcomers typically come on for a run.

Forecasts
Good Karma (9/4), Mohatu (10/3), Overactive (4/1), Dancing Gypsy (15/2), Balmaha (11/1), Ski Jump (12/1), Mr Boson (14/1), Boucle (16/1), Optik (40/1), Jimmy Lifestyle (80/1), Silky Smooth (80/1)
The well-bred MOHATU started to get the hang of things late on when sixth in a 10-runner Newcastle novice on debut and, likely to be much sharper here, he looks the way to go. Newcomer Overactive wouldn't need to be anything out of the ordinary to play a leading role and it will look significant if the market speaks in his favour. Dancing Gypsy and Balmaha are others to consider.
