Showed fair form in bumpers and should have a future over hurdles but yard still fairly quiet.

Califet gelding. Dam, modest 2¾m chase winner, sister to high-class hurdler/chaser (2m winner) Captain Cee Bee. Clear when fell last sole start in Irish points (Feb 27). Interesting newcomer.
Showed fair form when in the frame all 3 starts over hurdles last season, including when runner-up on most recent start. Likely to be in the thick of the action if fully tuned up after 7 months off.
Cloudings gelding. Third sole start in Irish points. Showed more than first time up over hurdles fitted with a tongue strap when third in a small-filed novice at Huntingdon 11 months ago but it's just modest stuff. Has had a breathing operation.
Fairly useful dual bumper winner who shaped encouragingly switched to hurdles after 6 months off when third at Uttoxeter (15.8f) 15 days ago, running on. Upped in trip and will improve.
Kayf Tara gelding. Dam, bumper/2m-2¾m hurdle winner. Hinted at ability in a Kempton bumper on debut 19 months ago and should prove capable of better over hurdles for his top yard.
Off mark in Irish points at third attempt and put that experience to good use switched to a bumper at Ayr in April, quickening to lead approaching final 1f and just holding on. Created a good impression when following up on Market Rasen hurdle debut (16.6f) and is sure to improve.
Mount Nelson gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Osco Mosco. Showed ability when fifth of 12 in a Kempton bumper on debut in March and this longer trip will suit now hurdling.
Won last 2 of 3 starts in points and justified support in the manner of a stayer switched to a bumper at Aintree (17f) in May, drawing clear after leading inside final 1. Has left Jack Teal and will be suited by this step up in trip on hurdle debut. Interesting.
Well held in Hexham bumper on debut in April. Most likely one for later on.
Placed on last of 3 starts in Irish points but failed to meet expectations in a Worcester bumper on his Rules debut 23 days ago, doing too much too soon. Up in trip for hurdle debut.

AUTUMN RETURN created a good impression when making a successful start over hurdles at Market Rasen last month and, with the performance backed up by a healthy timefigure, she looks one to keep on the right side of. Prairie Wolf and Macavity are interesting rivals as both will be suited by the increase in trip, while others to consider are Learntalot and Joe Dadancer.
